When to Expect Your Order to Arrive The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time. Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves our warehouse. Orders placed before 1:30pm EST Mon-Fri will be shipped on the same business day. Please add 1-2 business days to orders placed during a holiday. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. Shipping time is from when the item leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See shipping times below. Shipping times, shown below, apply to shipments within the continental United States only. For shipments sent by Standard Shipping method to Alaska and Hawaii, add two days to the shipping time. Requested deliveries to APO / FPO addresses should call to place your order. Delivery times are 3 to 6 weeks APO / FPO shipments. Please Note: Weather-related shipping delays are not within the control of BodyBio.com.

How Shipping Costs Are Determined

We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost.

 

The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method, quantity of packages, and delivery address.

 

During checkout, we show an estimated shipping cost, based on our lowest-price shipping method and assuming all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States. If you select a different shipping method, multiple addresses, an APO / FPO address or an address outside the contiguous United States, your actual shipping cost may be higher.

 

Shipping to an Address Other Than Your Billing Address

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company.

 

Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.

 

To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
